The event “Il Mosaico in Vetrina” promoted and hosted by the #galleriaespositoantiquario on the occasion of the 8th edition of the Contemporaneamente Festival aroused interest and met with great success.

The mosaic tiles created by a specialized mosaic artist, inspired by the artistic beauties of Florence and all dedicated to the symbols and monuments of the city of lily, have intrigued customers and passersby.

Following the public consensus we decided to produce a limited edition of mosaics with contemporary design and to activate meetings and workshops to learn techniques and secrets of this ancient art.

During the hands on workshop the artisan and artist will explain the history, technique, tricks and secrets of the art of mosaic and the participants can then try to create a mosaic tile made with their own hands.

Tuscan food, wine and prosecco included, we will be pleased to toast at the end of the lesson.
